In this edition, we spotlight the challenges and opportunities shaping Morocco and the wider MENA region. Imagine a young Moroccan graduate, eager to work, yet finding that economic growth alone doesn’t create enough opportunities. Can programs like "IDMAJ" improve job quality and unlock potential? At the same time, Morocco’s demographic shift raises a critical question: can its growing workforce drive economic growth, or will labor market gaps hold it back?

Beyond Morocco, we explore MENA’s gender paradox: why does a region with high trade openness and educational progress still have one of the lowest female labor participation rates? Finally, as the digital era reshapes power dynamics, we ask: is land regaining its importance in a world of innovation and geopolitical rivalries?
