The Atlantic Dialogues have begun today with the gathering in Marrakech of the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) new cohort: 30 young professionals from across the Atlantic will follow a 3 days tailor-made program on leadership and empowerment, prior to the conference.
All the information about AD 2022 is available on the new webpage atlanticdialogues.org, as well as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
AD 2022 Plenary Sessions will be broadcasted through a livestream on the atlanticdialogues.org webpage and the YouTube channel of the Policy Center for the New South. Moreover, interviews with top speakers and guests will be done by an AD Web TV dedicated crew and broadacasted on the Atlantic Dialogues' website.

The ADEL 2022 cohort has arrived today in Marrakech from 22 countries. 30 young professionnals have been selected among 1600 high profile candidates this year. The ADEL 2022 cohort is made of 18 women and 12 men, 10 Africans (among which 4 North-Africans), 7 Europeans, 6 North-Americans, 6 South-Americans and Carribbeans and 1 Asian. They come from NGOs and civil society (7), the private sector (5), the public sector (5), international organizations (4), consultancy (4), think tanks (2), universities (2), and the media (1).
Their 3 days ADEL Programme is starting with a Conversation on "Bridging cultural perceptions : social realities, narratives and future", given by two ADEL Alumni, Ana Paulo Barreto (Brazil), Director of National Birth Equity Collaborative, and Bushra Ebadi (Canada), Research associate at the United Nations University. |
