The Atlantic Dialogues are back live in Marrakesh from December 14th to 16th 2022 to talk about

"Cooperation in a Mutating World: Opportunities of the Wider Atlantic".

The recent pandemic and its aftermath, along with the ongoing war in Ukraine, have exacerbated several visible trends, exposing the limits of neoliberalism and the cracks of multilateralism, while presenting a case for renewed collaborations in an increasingly globalized and interdependent world.

Are common strategies possible? What new approaches are needed to renew collaborations and find common solutions in a mutating world?

All these topics will be discussed through 11 plenary sessions, 3 AD Talks, and 16 breakout diners.

AD2022, A WIDER ATLANTIC COMMUNITY

The Atlantic Dialogues have become a meeting point for experts from around the Atlantic. Among them, Len Ishmael, from St Lucia, Senior Fellow of the Policy Center for the New South, former Ambassador of the Eastern Caribbean States to the Kingdom of Belgium and European Union, Advisor/Global Affairs of the Brussels Diplomatic Academy of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB)

Among the seasoned journalists who moderate the debates each year, Claude Grunitzky, the French-Togolese founder of Trace Magazine, Trace TV and True Africa, based in New York.

AD2022, A UNIQUE CONFERENCE LAUNCHING ITS WEB TV

This year, the conference will launch the AD WEB TV, a broadcast around the conference and the topics discussed, with live broadcasts, presentations and interviews that will be available on our website.

The Atlantic Dialogues provides an important forum for inclusive dialogue. The official proceedings of the Atlantic Dialogues will be conducted in English and the conference will be livestreamed on the conference’s website.
